AI Training and Coaching for Companies

A practical company AI enablement programme covering maturity, role-based training, governance, and hands-on adoption.

Project Summary

This knowledge base defines OzAI’s company AI training and coaching offer. It is designed for organisations that want their people to use AI confidently, safely, and productively, without turning the programme into a vague awareness campaign.

The material is organised around an AI maturity model. Each maturity level has a different training need: some teams need foundations and safe experimentation, while mature teams need workflow redesign, agentic automation, measurement, and governance.
