- Confirm business outcomes and participant groups.
- Interview sponsor, department leads, IT/security, and risk/privacy.
- Review current AI policies and approved tools.
- Select realistic sample materials for exercises.
- Tailor the maturity model and examples to the client’s industry.
Delivery Rhythm
| Phase | Activity | Output |
|---|---|---|
| Week 0 | Assessment and planning | Maturity scorecard, cohort plan |
| Week 1 | Executive and manager sessions | Use-case priorities, guardrails |
| Week 2 | Staff foundations | Prompt basics, safe-use checklist |
| Weeks 3-4 | Workflow labs | Team playbook assets |
| Weeks 5-6 | Coaching clinics | Refined workflows, adoption evidence |
| Week 7+ | Champion handover | Internal operating rhythm |
Facilitation Rules
- Use the client’s work wherever possible.
- Keep demos short and practice time long.
- Never present AI as magic or as a replacement for accountability.
- Capture useful patterns immediately into the playbook.
- Separate “interesting” from “worth standardising”.
- End every session with one specific behaviour participants will try next.
Quality Gates
- Relevance - examples match participant roles.
- Safety - data and review rules are explicit.
- Practice - participants use AI during the session.
- Transfer - reusable prompts, checklists, or workflows are captured.
- Measurement - adoption and value are reviewed after delivery.
